Vocational Training

Once literate in the Thai language, NLCF residents and other tribal women in

the greater community may attend specialized vocational training. 

Upon graduation, each young woman has the viable skills she needs to secure competitive and sustainable employment.

Since the program’s inception in 2007, over 120 successful graduates have secured jobs in the fields of nurse’s aide, beautician, professional dress making, and the cooking/baking industry.
